welcome back to the Dax Trading Ideas newsletter. Very little has happened in these days with financial markets closed for a few days for the Easter holidays. When it is not possible to trade, that is the right time to study, deepen or for those who already have a lot of experience, rest. Always remember those who want to achieve ambitious goals must work when others are sleeping. The obsession to improve yourself every day in your work and as a human being is the basis of any growth. Get to know yourself and always try to get the most out of your potential, without thinking about money. Money is the end, not means. During the journey, we cannot think about money but focus on «getting the job done right». Let's focus on the execution not goal. Small intermediate steps each day will get us to our long term goals. Stay focused, always. If you want to evolve your trading and want to get out of mediocrity you can do it: answer is within you!

Quando non è possibile fare trading, quello è il momento giusto per studiare, approfondire o per chi ha già tanta esperienza, riposare. Ricordate sempre che chi vuole raggiungere degli obiettivi ambiziosi deve lavorare quando gli altri dormono. L’ossessione di migliorarsi ogni giorno nel lavoro e come essere umano è alla base di qualsiasi crescita. Imparate a conoscere voi stessi e cercate sempre di tirare fuori il massimo dal vostro potenziale, senza pensare al denaro. Il denaro è il fine, non il mezzo. Durante il viaggio non possiamo pensare al denaro ma focalizzarci sul «fare un lavoro fatto bene». Concentriamoci sull’esecuzione non sull’obiettivo. Piccoli step intermedi ogni giorno ci faranno raggiungere i nostri obiettivi di lungo periodo. Rimanete focalizzati, sempre. Se volete evolvere il vostro trading e volete uscire fuori dalla mediocrità potete farlo: la risposta è dentro di voi!
